| The St. Raphael Wellness Centre (SRWC) is a community-based organization dedicated to evidenced based programming and treatment models in the addictions field proven effective in other Provincial, National and International programs. In addition to utilizing these proven and effective treatment models, SRWC is dedicated to developing strong relationships between agencies, for the benefit of the individual and their families.
